Abstract
- I have never been prouder to submit an annual report, my 18th as Chairman, to my departmental Secretary. Despite the COVID pandemic, the Maryland Parole Commission held every single parole and revocation hearing as scheduled. With remarkable cooperation with both Division of Correction facilities and local jails, both computers and telephones were utilized to conduct business.
