Incidencia de la carga tributaria sobre el desempeño de las Pymes de Bogotá

This document identifies and analyzes the level of taxation that legal middle and smallcompanies (PYMES) established in Bogota should pay, studying their effect over theirfinancial structure. The problematic described is initially approached by an analytic phaseusing an exploratory method, by documentary analysis. Then, it identifies the featuresthat characterize the problem and finally it becomes a descriptive work. Later, there willbe a quantitative phase, with field research. That is how this paper gives a general vision about the taxation in Colombia, summarizing its evolution since 1990 until now, and itgives a general description of the concept of "Pymes" and its importance in Colombianeconomy.
Este documento identifica y analiza el nivel de carga tributaria de las Pequeñas y Medianas Empresas "Pymes" legalmente constituidas ubicadas en la ciudad de Bogotá, examinando el efecto sobre su estructura financiera. La problemática descrita se aborda primero desde una fase analítica utilizando el método exploratorio mediante el análisis documental. Una vez realizada la exploración, se tendrán identificados los rasgos que caracterizan e identifican el problema y entonces se tornará descriptiva. Inicialmente se proporciona una visión general sobre la Tributación en Colombia, resumiendo su evolución desde 1990 hasta hoy, posteriormente se hace una descripción general del concepto de Pymes, y de su importancia en la economía colombiana, por último se hace referencia a su estructura financiera.
