Abstract

The study of the Mediterranean vessels has been oriented to the analysis of repertoires, rhythms and intensities of the exchange. Only in recent times the active participation of the Iberian groups in the selection, use and distribution of the goods has been attended. From this endogenous approach, it is revisited the Greek imported pottery dated in the 4th cent. BC from the central area of the Contestania. I will to identify specific guidelines of local use. These patterns are interpreted in the framework of the practices of festive commensality associates to social strategies of creation and maintenance of clientele networks.
