Dimensión demográfica del sufrimiento: reflexiones éticas sobre antinatalismo en el contexto del futuro sostenible

Demographic growth is a major element that hampers the sustainable future and at the same time it is proportionally associated with the human suffering. The demographic control is a way to promote the well-being, reduce the human suffering and make our planet more sustainable. In this paper we analyze from the ethical point of view the human decisions associated with the procreation, birth control, adoption and anti-natalism.
El crecimiento demográfico constituye una dificultad mayor a la hora de alcanzar un futuro sostenible. La demografía está, por otro lado, proporcionalmente vinculada al sufrimiento humano global. El control demográfico es una manera de fomentar el bienestar, de reducir el sufrimiento global y hacer más sostenible al planeta. En este trabajo se analizan desde el punto de vista ético las decisiones humanas de procrear, del control de nacimientos, la adopción y el antinatalismo.
