Abstract
- A numerical simulator for solving the coupled Poisson-Schrodinger equations under cylindrical coordinate is developed. Finite difference method and matrix Newton iteration method are adopted to solve the nonlinear problem. The numerical Poisson solver and Schrodinger solver are developed firstly and verified by theoretical results. Then the two simulation tools are combined to form the coupled solver.
