Inclusión del Curso de Seguridad y Salud en el Trabajo en el Plan de Estudios de un Programa de Ingeniería Civil

Se plantea incluir el curso Seguridad y Salud en el Trabajo en el plan de estudio de un programa de Ingeniería Civil, teniendo en cuenta la responsabilidad del Ingeniero Civil por la seguridad en todas las etapas de los proyectos constructivos. La propuesta busca fortalecer el perfil profesional desde una formación conceptual y práctica de la seguridad y salud en el trabajo, que le permitirá desarrollar habilidades frente a la toma de decisiones ante los peligros y situaciones de emergencia en la obra, así como promover comportamientos seguros en el personal a su cargo. El documento está estructurado en cuatro capítulos que presentan el planteamiento del problema, los referentes teóricos y conceptuales en que se soporta la propuesta, el proceder metodológico e instrumentos de recolección de la información y por último el diseño del curso.
