Cuestiones jurídicas sobre la familia marroquí inmigrante en España

Talks from the perspective of locating common elements and points of convergence in this article, between the Moroccan and Spanish regulatory structures in which the institution of the family is amended. In an information and communication society, it is possible not only the simulteneity of the Information, that allows to know at the time the realities of departure and arrival, but the same interaction of both realities that, in case of not finding the appropriate channel, could lea to conflict situations. The elements set out in this article indicate a profound interconnection between the two realities, Moroccan and Spanish, in relation to the family institution, and point out a path of analysis and deepening in each of them in order to prevent actions. Apparently well-intentioned actions, by decontextualized, could lead to unintended achievements. They also point to the need to work in a perspective centered on coincidences, synchronicities and diachronics, versus perpectives to use centered on localization and highlighting differences
Se abordan en este artículo, desde una perspectiva de localización de elementos comunes y de puntos de convergencia, las estructuras normativas marroquí y española en las que se enmarca la institución de la familia. En una sociedad de información y de comunicación es posible no solo la simultaneidad de la Información, que permite conocer al tiempo las realidades de partida y de llegada, sino la misma interacción de ambas realidades que, en caso de no encontrar el cauce adecuado, pudieran abocar en situaciones de conflicto. Los elementos que se apuntan en este artículo denotan una profunda interconexión entre ambas realidades, marroquí y española, en lo relativo a la institución familiar, y señalan una ruta análisis y profundización en cada una de ellas a fin de evitar que, acciones aparentemente bienintencionadas, por descontextualizadas, pudieran llevar a realizaciones no pretendidas. Apuntan asimismo a la necesidad de trabajar en una perspectiva centrada en coincidencias, sincrónicas y diacrónicas, frente a perspectivas al uso centradas en localización y subrayado de diferencias
