A first study of approximation to the current constitutional problem should be reduced to indicating its symptoms and suggesting some of its causes. Better before, it would be enough to draw concise but starkly what would be the fundamental or more radical question. Starting from a critical statute, in preparation, this exhibition emphasizes the political, philosophical and religious factors converging in the situation. It is in this immaterial dimension where what is True, Fair and Good is defined, as transcendent adjective qualities that will later influence the creation and content of the fundamental norms. Un primer estudio de aproximación al actual problema constitucional, debe reducirse a indicar sus síntomas y sugerir algunas de sus causas. Antes mejor, le bastaría con trazar concisa, pero descarnadamente cuál sería la cuestión de fondo o más radical. A partir de un estatuto crítico, en elaboración, esta exposición hace hincapié en los factores políticos, filosóficos y religiosos convergentes en la situación.
