Viviendo Nazaret. Viviendas cooperativas donde se fomenta el envejecimiento activo a través de relaciones intergeneracionales.

[ES] Para describir el tema propuesto debemos partir de un tema más general como es la soledad no deseada. Esta realidad, por dura que suene la sufren un 39,8% de las personas de tercera edad. Pero¿ ¿Cuántas de esas personas vivirán solas? ¿Cuantas habrán pasado esta situación de pandemia sin nadie al lado? ¿Cuántas necesitan asistencia y carecen de ella? O, simplemente, ¿Cuántas necesitan compañía, alguien con quien hablar o pasar las tardes? Pues bien, estas reflexiones son las que me han llevado a realizar esta propuesta de viviendas cooperativas para la 3ª edad como Trabajo de Fin de Master. Las viviendas cooperativas son comunidades de vecinos en el que cada usuario posee su propia vivienda y cuentan además con servicios, zonas comunes y espacios de relación. Los usuarios de estas viviendas son personas de tercera edad que se encuentran en buen estado de salud y, hoy en día, requieren cuidados mínimos y una independencia considerada necesaria. Respecto al lugar, el solar se sitúa entre dos zonas verdes, y dado que se trata del final del camino de Monteolivete (zona contaminada acústica y atmosféricamente por los efectos del puerto colindante), la ampliación de ese colchón verde dotaría al final del camino de identidad y favorecería a los vecinos del barrio. Respecto a la arquitectura, se plantea una arquitectura en un parque. Se busca una arquitectura disgregada que permita la conexión entre los diferentes elementos proyectados, con accesos independientes y variados y que se encuentre, en definitiva, en un parque. Para ello se toman las alineaciones de los bloques existentes al sur y se crea una trama de huertos (de diferente carácter), algunos de los que posteriormente, serán ocupados por edificaciones. A cada edificación residencial se le adjunta un huerto urbano de uso privado que servirá como espacio de separación entre lo público y lo privado. [EN] To describe the proposed topic, we must start from a general one such as unwanted lonesomeness. This reality, as harsh as it sounds, is suffered by 39.8% of the elderly. But... How many of those people lives alone? How many passed this pandemic situation without anyone by their side? How many need and lack assistance? Or, simply, how many need company, someone to talk to or spend evenings with? Well, these reflections are what have led me to make this proposal for cooperative housing for the 3rd age as the TFM. Cooperative houses are neighborhood communities in which each user has their own home and there are services, common areas and spaces for relationships. The users of these houses are elderly people who are in good health and, today, require minimal care and an independence considered necessary. Regarding the place, the plot is located between two green areas, and since it is the end of the Monteolivete path (an area contaminated acoustically and atmospherically by the effects of the adjoining harbour), the extension of that green mattress would provide the end of the path with identity and would favor the residents of the neighborhood. An architecture in a park is proposed. A disaggregated architecture that allows the connection between the different elements, with independent and varied accesses and that is, in short, in a park. For this, the alignments of the existing blocks placed in the South are used to create a plot of orchards (of different character), some of which will later be occupied by constructions. An urban garden for private use is attached to each residential building that will serve as a space for separation between the public and the private. Finally, some paths are projected that will in turn serve as spaces for different uses depending on their size.
