Aportes a la memoria histórica de los movimientos LGBTI en el Ecuador

In Ecuador, the history of the LGBTI Movements has been shaped through the struggle to evidence its historical process around stories that, in principle, have been verbal and later written constructions. The intention of this research was to have contributions to this Historical Memory, and the visibility of the efforts and some of the achievements obtained through them, such as the decriminalization of homosexuality and its impact on the change of regulations and public policies. For this purpose, the processes that have marked a timeline in this historical evolution in favor of the guarantee and exercise of the rights of this population are analyzed from a Human Rights approach
