The general principles of the rousseaunian state of nature: from human nature to civil society

This paper means to show how the social and political theory of Rousseau evolves. To do that, we will use the conceptual hypothesis posted by the Genevan philosopher and the limits towards which it is directed. There is a comparison between what precedes civil society (state of nature) and what follows it (the political construct of the social contract).
En este artículo se pretende mostrar cómo evoluciona la teoría social y política de Rousseau. Para ello, se toma la hipótesis conceptual que plantea el filósofo de Ginebra y los límites hacia los que se dirige. Se establece una comparación entre lo que precede a la sociedad civil (el estado de naturaleza) y lo que la sucede (el constructo político del contrato social).
