Abstract

Introduction and Objective : Whereas tissue engineering research has hugely grown up, few decellularization methods are used to decrease cell immunogenicity. However, differences between treatments with and without soaps have not yet been evaluated. This study compared 5 different protocols applied to human periosteum (HP) and fascia lata (HFL).
