Educação física nas séries iniciais: uma proposta de bem-estar para unidocentes do município de Alegrete-RS

Os problemas que afligem a profissão docente não são algo novo, nem original, acham-se ligados à própria origem, ao desenvolvimento histórico e à valorização social dessa profissão. A presente pesquisa teve como propósito verificar os níveis de satisfação e motivação unidocente das séries iniciais da rede pública municipal de Alegrete – RS, bem como, relacionar a percepção das unidocentes quanto à inclusão de um profissional de Educação Física nas aulas. O presente estudo caracterizou-se por ser uma pesquisa de campo, de caráter descritivo quanti-qualitativa. A população alvo deste estudo foi composta por professores unidocentes das séries iniciais do município de Alegrete – RS. A amostra, para a análise quantitativa, foi composta por 106 professores de ambos os sexos, unidocentes das séries iniciais da rede pública municipal. Para a análise qualitativa foi definido aleatoriamente dez (10) professores unidocentes. O estudo foi dividido em duas partes, a primeira foi à verificação dos níveis de satisfação e motivação dos unidocentes por meio de questionário construído por Santos (2011). A segunda parte do estudo englobou uma entrevista com questões abertas. Observando os dados em relação ao perfil dos unidocentes, percebe-se o predomínio do gênero feminino na atuação em séries inicias, bem como a grande experiência e qualificação na atuação profissional. Os resultados indicam que a maioria dos participantes do estudo está satisfeito com a profissão escolhida, sentem-se seguros com seu trabalho no cotidiano e importam-se com o reconhecimento dos colegas e da instituição onde trabalha. Destacam ainda a importância da família e de bons exemplos de professores no processo da formação profissional. The results indicate that the majority of study participants are satisfied with their chosen profession, they feel safe with their work in daily life and care about recognition from peers and the institution where their works.
