Abstract

Background: It has been proven that the SARS-CoV-2 virus generates consequences, mainly at the cardiorespiratory level and in the functional capacity of the individual. The Post-Covid 19 physiotherapeutic evaluation is important, due to the need to know the condition in which the patients are, it can be carried out in person and telematically. Among the multiple evaluations in cardiorespiratory patients are: vital signs, oxygen saturation and heart rate; the scales, Functional Status Post-Covid-19 and MmRC Dyspnea. A first step to implement telerehabilitation will be to describe the results obtained in the evaluation through the two modalities: face-to-face and telematics. This research seeks to generate information for the implementation of evaluation in telerehabilitation. Objectives: To describe the results of vital signs (oxygen saturation and heart rate) and the Post-Covid 19 Functional Status and Dyspnea MmRC scales, in person and online in Post-Covid 19 patients. Methods: it is a quantitative observational study descriptive and transversal. The variables are described with their means and medians in the quantitative variables, frequencies and percentages in the qualitative ones. Methodology: With a quantitative approach, observational study, descriptive level. Results: Most of the patients evaluated are female, the average age of the population studied is 41 years, vital signs are within normal parameters, 52% of patients do not present functional limitations and 47% do not present functional limitations. dyspnea. Conclusion: No statistically significant differences were found between face-to-face and telematic evaluation, which suggests that telemonitoring and face-to-face monitoring are similar.
