Abstract

The thesis is an inquiry on the nature of Human Rights, In particular of the Social, Economic and Cultural Rights and the Right to Adequate Food. After introducing the main problems of the Human Rights doctrine, the thesis analyses the debate and the problems related to the formulation of the Right to Adequate Food.
