Methodik zur simulationsbasierten Durchsatzanalyse FTF-basierter Kommissioniersysteme

In der vorliegenden Arbeit wird eine Vorgehensweise zur Simulation von FTF-basierten Kommissioniersystemen vorgestellt, welche zum einen die Modellierung der Systeme beinhaltet, um diese in einer Simulationsumgebung abzubilden. Zum anderen umfasst die Vorgehensweise Steuerungsstrategien, welche notwendig sind, um die Ablauffähigkeit der Simulation sicherzustellen. Der Aufbau des Modells wird allgemeingültig strukturiert, sodass sich die Methodik in unterschiedlichen Simulationsumgebungen umsetzen lässt.
A procedure for the simulation of AGV-based order picking systems is presented, which on the one hand includes the modelling of the systems in order to reproduce them in a simulation environment. On the other hand, the approach includes control strategies, which are necessary to ensure the executability of the simulation. The structure of the model is generally structured so that the methodology can be implemented in different simulation environments.
