'For application announced in Public Notice 111*91-1*9 TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN: 1. As announced in Public Notice 111*91-1*9, Parkwood 101, Ltd., 730-B Distel Drive, Los Altos, California 91*022, through its agent, Wilsey . and Ham, 1035 E. Hillsdale Blvd., Foster City, California 9^0U (tele­phone 1*15-31*9-2151), has applied for a Department of the Army permit to fill an approximate 13 acre diked wetland, adjacent to Belmont Slough,San Francisco Bay (South), in Redwood City, San Mateo County, California. 2. In response to the National Environmental Policy Act of 1969, Public Law 91-190, the San Francisco District, U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, has prepared a Draft Environmental Statement for the subject permit application. 3. The District is soliciting comments and views of appropriate government agencies and interested groups and individuals on the inclosed draft state­ment.
