Підхід до моделювання інформаційних операцій в соціальних інтернет-сервісах

В результаті проведених досліджень розроблено модель інформаційної операції у соціальних інтернет-сервісах. Модель дозволяє враховувати процеси розвитку соціальних інтернет-сервісів завдяки утворенню нових зв’язків між акторами та утворенню віртуальних спільнот. Одночасно в основу моделі покладено процеси деградації соціальних інтернет-сервісів, які пов’язані з дисипацією контенту. Розроблену модель використано для експериментального дослідження реальної інформаційної операції в соціальних інтернет-сервісах. Доведено адекватність застосування розробленої моделі та визначено якісні характеристики інформаційної операції у соціальних інтернет-сервісах.
Social networking services have become the leading channel of communication users. Therefore, social networking services are used by intruders to gain benefits in the information space of virtual communities for further influence on political and social processes in the state. The interaction of actors can go into chaotic dynamics not only in virtual communities, but also in real life. The study of the peculiarities of conducting information operations in social networking services and their impact on the interaction of actors in virtual communities is relevant for ensuring information security of the state. As a result of the conducted research was developed the model of information operation in social networking services. The model takes into account the processes of social networking services due to the formation of new connections between actors and the formation of virtual communities. The model is based on the processes of degradation of social networking services related to the dissipation of content. The developed model is used for experimental research of real information operation in social networking services. The adequacy of the application of the developed model and the qualitative characteristics of the information operation in social networking services are determined. The developed model of the information operation in social networking services allows taking into account the processes of development and degradation of the virtual communication space under the action of content. This model can be used for the operational forecasting of information operation in social networking services.
В результате проведенных исследований разработана модель информационной операции в социальных интернет-сервисах. Модель позволяет учитывать процессы развития социальных интернет-сервисов благодаря образованию новых связей между актерами и образованию виртуальных сообществ. Одновременно в основу модели положены процессы деградации социальных интернет-сервисов, которые связаны с диссипацией контента. Разработанная модель использована для экспериментального исследования реальной информационной операции в социальных интернет-сервисах. Доказано адекватность применения разработанной модели и определено качественные характеристики информационной операции в социальных интернет-сервисах.
