Abstract
- Dataset: PAM fluorescence<br />Maximum excitation pressure of Symbiodinium assemblages was assessed as an indicator for holobiont photosynthetic performance of Pocillopora damicornis in shallow (1-2m), back reef and P. eydouxi in deeper fore reef (>3m).
