Abstract

Single-photon generation, processing, and detection are the three main components of any quantum optical circuit. We present our results on integration of semiconducting nanowire quantum dots, dielectric waveguides, and ultrahigh performance superconducting nanowire single-photon detectors.<br />QC 20201112
