Abstract

Background: The issue of quality of health care today is key, and urgent to know, understand and apply for health personnel, particularly for the nursing professional to achieve quality health services needed control, objective and systematic evaluation of nursing care as they have become a priority within the profession, because consumers demand quality care, there was a greater commitment to direct liability to the public. Objective: To determine the quality of care provided by the nurses at the health center "Cojitambo" and its relation to the level of user satisfaction. Methodology: This is a descriptive cross-sectional study that will determine the quality of care provided by the nurses at the health center "Cojitambo" and its relation to the level of user satisfaction. Universe for the size of the sample is considered infinite population dissatisfaction with a ratio of 20% with a confidence level of 96% and an accuracy of 4%. With these values, the sample size is 385 study patients. As the interview techniques, direct and indirect observation, and instrument use the form supported by the Universidad Technical Particular de Loja in research conducted by Dr. Carlos Arévalo prior to obtaining a master's degree in health management departments for local development, information processing Excel, Word and SPSS, the data will be analyzed with descriptive statistics and presented in tables and graphs are used. Using results: this research will seek to obtain data related to measuring the quality of care provided by the nursing staff and the level of satisfaction of the user who comes to the Health Center Cojitambo.
