Abstract

The main purpose of this research project is to prove that the books which have been written by the Ministry of Education of Ecuador (Updating and Strengthening Curriculum Reform of Basic General Education) does not have the key elements or basic parts about educational inclusion and curricular adaptations or a change in the syllabus, therefore the researchers give a proposal of strategies in order to detect the Special Educational Needs and a Guidelines for Preparing Curricular Adaptations. The field research that holds these proposals was done in the 01D01C16 Educational District, which belongs to Nulti a rural parish, by applying a survey to five authorities and fifteen teachers of this district. These proposals have the main objective to guide how the teacher can work by being flexible and changing the syllabus that will depend on the needs and unexpected situations of the different realities of the children who attend this kind of educational places.
