Bakalárska práca sa zaoberá návrhom vzdelávacieho softwaru pre personalistov na základe výsledkov analýz a požiadaviek klienta. Následne sa zaoberá implementáciou softwaru vo firme MenSeek s.r.o. Tento software tvorí platenú službu poskytujúcu online vzdelávanie, ktorá je implementovaná do webového portálu.
The bachelor thesis deals with the design of educational software for HR managers based on the results of analyzes and client's requirements. Subsequently, it deals with the implementation of software into company MenSeek s.r.o. This software is paid online education service that is implemented into a web portal.
