Díky technologickému pokroku posledních 20 let si sklo a skleněné prvky našly cestu téměř do všech oblastí lidské činnosti. Výjimkou pochopitelně není ani oblast stavitelství, ba naopak. Těžko si v současné době můžeme představit stavbu bez skleněného prvku, ať už se jedná o část interiéru či exteriéru. Přesto je teorie týkající se této problematiky v ČR na velmi nízké úrovni. Obsahem mé diplomové práce je Statická a dynamická analýza skleněných konstrukcí, která při aplikování v praxi projeví výraznou ekonomičnost projektu.
