Networking in services: organisational and Professional changes

This paper describes recent results of case studies on innovation and work in the financial sector and the retail trade sector in some European countries. It describes the main changes in organization patters and professional profiles, linked to the diffusion of network technologies. It leads to the discussion of concepts needed for analysing organisational and professional changes and points out issues for social relations.
