Abstract

Through this thesis, we have explored the potential of the learning organization concept to create an organizational dynamic towards creativity and excellence in health organizations. Ministries of health can benefit from applying these attributes to meet the challenge of universal health coverage. This thesis helped to provide a state of knowledge on this concept through a structured review and allowed to examine its feasibility in the context of countries like Morocco to guide health policies with organizational learning processes. The results of this research showed the positive benefit the Ministry of Health can make by adopting the attributes of a learning organization. The adaptation of the analytical framework allowed us to facilitate reflection on a vision of what can be the adoption and application of this concept in the particular context of Morocco.<br />(SP - Sciences de la santé publique) -- UCL, 2019
