Rozvoj malého rodinného podniku

Bakalářská práce se zabývá rozvojem malého rodinného podniku. Teoretická část obsahuje podklady z oblasti podnikání. Následuje analytická část, kde je podrobně popsáno jak vnitřní, tak i vnější prostředí konkrétního podniku. Na základě strategické analýzy je určena jeho pozice a následně jsou navrhnuty věci, které by měly přispět ke zvýšení tržeb podniku. Poslední část zahrnuje několik návrhů, jejichž výstupem by mělo být dosažení vyšších tržeb.
The bachelor thesis deals with the development of a small family business. The theoretical part contains business papers. This is followed by an analytical section describing in detail both the internal and external environment of a specific business. Its‘ position is determined, based on the strategic analysis, then things are designed to help increase the company revenue. The last part includes several suggestions, that should result in the higher sales.
