Život po tragické události: 5. květen 1945 v obci Sobíňov

Cílem této práce je zmapovat pomocí terénního výzkumu mezi pamětníky událost z 5. května 1945 v obci Sobíňov (v tento den nedaleko Sobíňova padlo přes třicet místních mužů při střetu s prchající německou armádou) a její dopad na obyvatele obce. Ústřední metodou terénního výzkumu byl sběr narativních vyprávění posledních přeživších této tragické události, dalšími metodami pak rozhovory s pamětníky i zástupci mladších generací a vizuální zpracování života v obci. K práci je přiloženo audiovizuální dílo sestavené z materiálů zachycených autorkou přímo v terénu pomocí videokamery, které obsahuje vedle narativů pamětníků také roční cyklus života sobíňovských občanů a pietní vzpomínku v její dnešní podobě. Práce odpovídá především na tyto výzkumné otázky: Jak se události ze dne 5. května 1945 odrazily na dalším životě občanů obce? Je tato událost stále v paměti občanů, nebo se na ni postupně zapomíná?
The aim of this thesis is to determine the event. That occurred on the 5th of May 1945 in the village of Sobinov, with the help of the locale research carried out among the survivors of the eventevent. The event´s impac on the residents of the village. (Over thirty local men were killed near Sobinov on this day when they encountered fleeing members of German Army.) The main method used in the locale research was collecting of the narratives of the last survivors of the event. Other methods used were conversations with elderly residents, also with the members of the younger generation, and creation of the visual sample of the life in the village. The thesis includes an audio-visual work containing materials that were captured by the author, with the use of a video camera in the locale, which besides the survivors´ narratives, also shows annual life cycle of the Sobinov residents and the memorial in its present day form. The thesis mainly answers following questions: How did the events of May 5, 1945 impact the future life of the Sobinov residents? Is this event still in the memories of the residents or is it being forgotten?
