Vliv kvality prostředí obce na ceny pozemků

Diplomová práce se zabývá problematikou kvality prostředí a cen nemovitostí. V teoretické části práce je popsána kvalita prostředí obce a možnosti jejího měření, dále charakterizuje základní pojmy z oblasti trhu nemovitostí a vztah kvality prostředí na ceny pozemků. V praktické části práce je charakterizováno prostředí města Hradec Králové, kvalita života v obytných zónách tohoto města a pomocí průzkumu jsou zjištěny ceny nemovitostí v Hradci Králové. V závěru práce jsou vyhodnoceny vlivy kvality a spokojenosti s bydlením na cenu nemovitostí v Hradci Králové.
This thesis deals with the quality of the environment and property prices. In the theoretical part of the work described the quality of the community and the possibility of measurement, and characterizes the basic concepts of the real estate market and the quality of the relationship to the price of land. In the practical part of work is characterized by the town of Hradec Králové, quality of life in residential areas of the city and using the survey found real estate prices in Hradec Králové. At the end of the work is evaluated the effects of quality and satisfaction with housing on the price of real estate in Hradec Králové.
