Speed Community Church

The Indiana Historical Society purchased fifty-one drawings of historic Indiana homes and buildings from artist Walter H. Kiser in 1948. The illustrations document historic buildings in five Indiana counties along the Ohio River. Seen here is Kiser's rendering of the Community Church, now Speed Memorial Church, in Speed, Indiana. The church, located on what is now US 31, was built around 1915.
