Таможенная политика и ее значение для национальной экономики

In this paper, the role of customs payments in the economy of the country is considered and their share in the budget of the Russian Federation is analyzed. Particular attention is paid to examples from the judicial practice on economic disputes between participants in foreign economic activity and representatives of customs authorities. The author analyzes the actions of the persons who have come into dispute and tries to reveal the reasons for their behavior.
В данной работе рассматривается роль таможенных платежей в экономике страны и анализируется их доля в бюджете РФ. Особое внимание уделяется примерам из судебной практики по экономическим спорам между участниками ВЭД и представителями таможенных органов. Автор подвергает разбору действия вступивших в спор лиц и пытается выявить причины их поведения.
