Abstract: The materials of structural-thermal-atmo-geochemical research (STAGR) carried out within Yuliyivsko-Skvortsivsky polygon are analyzed. The relationship between geological structure, structural-tectonic position of Yuliyivsko- Skvortsivskiy polygon, patterns of distribution of hydrocarbons deposits within it and the nature of the fields produced by them are characterized. The most promising and relatively promising areas in terms of oil and gas bearing capacity are selected.
