Implementation of the 2016 Ohio Nursing Home and Residential Care Facility Family Satisfaction Surveys

"The Ohio Long-Term Care Consumer Guide ... includes data on resident and family satisfaction with Ohio's nursing homes and residential care facilities (RCFs) as well as inspection reports, quality measures, and other information useful to consumers. Ohio Revised Code 173.47 requires the collection of family and resident nursing home and residential care facility satisfaction data in alternating years. This report presents information about the eighth implementation of the Ohio Nursing Home Family Satisfaction Survey in 2016 and the first implementation of the family residential care facility survey. The survey implementation was conducted by the Scripps Gerontology Center (Scripps) at Miami University, Oxford, Ohio with a sub-contract to Scantron, Inc."--Page 1
