Abstract
- peer-reviewed<br />This is the protocol for a review and there is no abstract. The objectives are as follows: To systematically assess the evidence for parent-mediated interventions aimed at improving communication and language development in children with Down syndrome aged between birth and six years. As a secondary aim, we will examine the effects of the treatment on parental behaviour and responsivity. We will also assess the effects of the treatment on the children s non-verbal means of communicating and socialisation.<br />PUBLISHED<br />peer-reviewed
