Komunikace v manažerské praxi.

Tato bakalářská práce je zaměřena na problematiku komunikace v manažerské praxi. Nastiňuje komunikaci z psychologického a sociologického hlediska, funkce komunikace, druhy komunikace, osobnost člověka v komunikaci, jakož to nutný jev v moderní společnosti, rysy moderní společnosti a problémy v komunikaci. Autorka popisuje rozdělení komunikace a její funkce, dále charakterizuje osobnost vedoucího pracovníka, manažera a metodiku přípravy a osobního rozvoje manažera. Zaměřuje se na jednání manažera, řízení, vedení a manažerství.
This bachelor work deals with the question of communication in manager's work. It presents the communication from the psychological and sociological point of view as well as the communication functions and kinds of communication. It also shows human nature in communication as an important phenomenon in the present day society, characteristics of the present day society and difficulties in communication. The author describes the division of communication and communication functions, she characterises the human nature of a manager and the methodology of both, preparation and personal development of a manager. The work also deals with the performing of the manager, directing and leasing in the sphere of management.
