Armstrong, LA police sergeant; wife Marion, son Bruce, stand at rear of deck of 40-ft. boat Armstrong built on hill near his Hollywood Hills home as boat is towed down winding road to be launched at Long Beach. Road had to be widened slightly to accommodate craft".
