Abstract: This report summarizes the results of the program of implementation of an RLU Demonstration System. This system allows the evaluation of the most unique parts of the RLU and has facilitated the resolution of problem areas in the RLU design. Enhancements to the RLU functional design are presented and an implementation plan for an RLU prototype is proposed.
