Defense Treaty Inspection Readiness Program (DTIRP)

This Directive supersedes ASD(C31) Memorandum, 'Defense Treaty Inspection Readiness Program (DTIRP),' June 25, 1992, to update policy and responsibilities for the DTIRP as a DoD arms control security preparedness and outreach program in accordance with DoD Directive 2060.1; establishes a support program to ensure the continued protection of DoD programs, operations, and activities; and designates the Director, On-Site Inspection Agency (OSIA), as the DoD Executive Agent for implementation of the DTIRP and as Chair of the DTIRP Coordination Group (CO), which is hereby established.
