Abstract

This research, primarily for the study and investigation of techniques leading to improved multicouplers, was part of the long range plan to improve the compatibility of collocated transceivers during adjacent channel operations. Of primary significance was the work done on superconducted resonators in the 225-400 MHz band. The information derived from this effort can be used as a basis for the design of diplexers utilizing superconducted resonators which, while somewhat costly to operate, may be required to solve specific interference problems on critical communication links.
