Abstract

The present work pertains to the radioscopic measurement of the gain in flow type system with CO2, air and He in single, binary and tertiary mixtures. The addition of air to CO2 and to a mixture of CO2 and helium does not result in a substantial increase in gain, while the addition of helium to pure CO2 and to CO2 + air substantially increases gain.
