Abstract

Task Force 45 was a task force of American and British antiaircraft gunners acting as infantry, with Italian Partisans, Brazilians and African American troops fighting by their side. Explains the organization and committing of TF 45. Gives information regarding the Arno River Phase and the advance from the Arno, the holding of the Apennine segment, the attack on M.
