Procedure manual for in-house projects : Architectural Section

"(a) It is the intent of the Procedure Manual to set forth guidelines for the Staff Architects to the Architectural Section of the Division of Architectural Services. (b) It is intended to assist in establishing better program understanding, cost or budget limitations, time schedules and design criteria. (c) It is intended to enable the relationship among the User Agency and the Architectural Section to progress effectively and avoid conflict resulting from a lack of information or understanding. (d) It is intended this manual will contribute to the development of harmonious relationships among the parties involved -- the Division of Architectural Services, the Architectural Section and the User Agency for which the project is being provided"--Introduction.
