Abstract

Hand colored engraved diagram, with explanatory text on verso. This is depiction of a landscape and seascape displaying a wide range of atmospheric phenomena. This are numbered and listed below the image and include wind, waterspouts, various cloud formations, precipitation, glaciers, aurora, rainbow, halo, mirage, mock suns, zodiacal light, "Will with a Wisp", lighting, falling stars and aerolites. On verso: "Explanation of meteorological phenomena" London: J.
