Chelation-accelerated sequential decarbonylation of formate and alkoxycarbonylation of aryl halides using a combined Ru and Pd catalyst

Research has been conducted on catalyst system for the coupling of organic electrophiles with chelated formate. Results demonstrate that this system produces alkenyl and aryl esters via the use of ruthenium and palladium catalyst.
