Abstract
- Research has been conducted on Rhodobacter sphaeroides ribulose 1,5-bisphosphate carboxylase-oxygenase deletion strain. The increase of the gene transcription of Calvin-Benson-Bassham cycle has indicated the existence of a potential physiological effector enhancing the ability of the positive transcription activator to mediate Calvin-Benson-Bassham pathway intermediate.
