Identification and characterization of an angiogenine-binding DNA sequence that stimulates luciferase reporter gene expression

Research has been conducted on angiogenine-binding DNA sequence. The identification of this sequence carried out from the nontranscribed region of rRNA gene and the characterization of this sequence as possessing angiogenin-dependent promoter activity directing luciferase reporter gene expression are described.
