Abstract
- The Dutch Fish Marketing Board and the Cooperative Producers Organisation of the Dutch Oyster Fishery and Culture plan to promote Dutch oysters. The second oyster-exporting country in the European Union is the Netherlands, with 25% of oysters consumed locally, 20% exported to Italy, and 50% exported to Belgium.
