Abstract
- Research has been conducted on hypoxia-inducible factor 1 which is important for cellular adaptation to oxygen availability changes. The function of protein ARD1 in mammalian cells as protein acetyltransferase has been investigated via direct binding to hypoxia-inducible factor 1(alpha) subunit to regulate its stability, and the results are reported.
