Abstract

Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP), a method of affecting attitudes, feelings, and behavior, can be used in training programs. NLP is based on four characteristics of communication: results, flexibility, sensory ability, and respect. NLP can help trainers discover the dominant sense of trainees, and trainees should be evaluated on the basis of that sense.
