Using NLP to focus on learners

Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP), a method of affecting attitudes, feelings, and behavior, can be used in training programs. NLP is based on four characteristics of communication: results, flexibility, sensory ability, and respect. NLP can help trainers discover the dominant sense of trainees, and trainees should be evaluated on the basis of that sense. NLP can help improve the effectiveness of training programs.
