Abstract

The amino-terminal domain of Yersinia pseudotuberculosis tyrosine phosphatase YopH, is monomeric in solution with the phosphopeptide binding site on a beta-hairpin structure. Data indicate that the peptide binding does not induce any long-range conformational changes in YopH.
